He is survived by: his wife Elaine Bouchard (Thibeault); his children, Debra Doire (Rene) of Cumberland and Mark Bouchard (Lisa) of Cumberland; his grandchildren, Andrew Bouchard (Jessica) of Cumberland and Staci Bouchard (Christopher Giles) of North Smithfield; his great grandchildren, Lydia, Noah and Owen Bouchard; and his brother-in-law Robert Thibeault.
