He is survived by: his children, Kristen Calenda (Anthony), Stacey Richard (late Kenneth) and Jessica Pettengill (Mark); his grandchildren, Lindsay Richard, Jay Pettengill, Thomas Pettengill and Olivia Pettengill; and his sister Nancy Shackett of Seekonk.
