He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph F. Collins and Stacia Collins (Lachowicz); and his sibling Gail Remes. He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Roberts (Keith) of Uxbridge, MA and Jessica Collins of Warwick; his brother Gary Collins of Pawtucket; and his grandchildren, Emily Roberts and Collin Roberts. He is also survived by several nieces and a nephew.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the J. J. Duffy Funeral Home (757 Mendon Rd, Cumberland, RI 02864).
