As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Lillian may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her husband Athenasio "Archie" A. Joannidi; her parents, Dr. Harpartzum Gulesserian and Arshalous Gulesserian (Serguijian); her daughter Athena Joannidi; and her siblings, John Guleserian, Teriz "Terry" Kalunian and Nubar Gulesserian.
She is survived by: her son Harold Joannidi of Cumberland. She is also survived by three grandchildren, and six great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bellows Funeral Chapel (160 River Rd, Lincoln, RI 02865). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at the Diamond Hill Cemetery (4097 Diamond Hill Rd, Cumberland, RI 02864).
In lieu of flowers, contributions can appreciably be made in her memory to the Armenian Evangelical Church, Cranston, or to Miriam Hospital, Providence.
