He is survived by: his wife Edna Azevedo (Almeida); his daughters, Susan Bernardo, Jo-Anne Otte (Ronald) and Linda Azevedo Lussier (John); and his grandchildren, Jacklyn Silva, Kayla Bernardo, Jay D Fitzgerald Jr., Bobby Bernardo, Mackenzie Kulacz, Jordan Otte, Renee Otte, Elizia Holcomb, Sophia Holcomb and Alexander Lussier. He is also survived by his 13 great grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Fatima Church (1 Fatima Dr, Cumberland, RI 02864).
