She was predeceased by: her husband Elmer E. Chadwick; her parents, Joseph Sanna and Helen Sanna (Daniels); and her brothers, Joseph D. Sanna, John F. Sanna and Gerald Sanna.
She is survived by: her children, David J. Chadwick (Tanya) of Mashpee, Massachusetts, Michael Chadwick (Kelly) of Cumberland, Mary E. Cronin of Mashpee, Massachusetts and Anne M. Schwirz (Paul) of Cumberland. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
