She was predeceased by: her parents, Max Sleczkowski and Evelyn Sleczkowski (Koczwanski); and her siblings, Maxine Juliano and Glen Sleczkowski. She is survived by: her husband Charles A. Koczera; her children, Karen A. Gourd (Frank Aveno) of Pawtucket, Kristen L. Stimpson (Charlie) of North Scituate and Andrew C. Koczera (Agnieszka) of Cumberland; her grandsons, Thomas C. Koczera of Cumberland and Owen A. Koczera of Cumberland; and her siblings, Cassandra Razukiewicz (Jack) of East Providence, Rev. Bruce Sleczkowski (Marian) of Pittsburgh, PA and Dale Sleczkowski of Pawtucket. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
