He was predeceased by: his siblings, Michael Lind and Mary Poluvatizick (Lind). He is survived by: his children, Mary, Sara and James; the mother of his children Megan Hughes; and his pet Otto. He is also survived by his siblings, nieces, nephews, extended family members, his ex-wife.
