He was predeceased by : his parents, Anthony T. and Dorothy Ballarino (Stewart); his children, Jennifer Ballarino, Justine Donovan and Gregory Ballarino; and his sibling Thomas Ballarino.

He is survived by : his wife Mary (Padden); his children, Janine Ballarino of Framingham, Christopher (Lisa) of Bellingham, Mark (Trisha) of Franklin and Adam (Shelley) of Dallas; and his grandson Jeremy (Jacqueline) of Franklin. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
