He is survived by : his fiancée Ann Healy of Cumberland; his daughter Shana Fowler of Warwick; his sisters, Linda Gilman (Michael) of North Smithfield, Debra Costa (Michael) of Cumberland and Lisa Church of Cumberland; his grandchildren, Leilani and Leo; and his great grandchild Emmanuel. He is also survived by Aunts, Uncles, and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
