He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E. Simoneau and Carol A. Simoneau. He is survived by: his fiancée Ann Healy of Cumberland; his daughter Shana Fowler of Warwick; his sisters, Linda Gilman (Michael) of North Smithfield, Debra Costa (Michael) of Cumberland and Lisa Church of Cumberland; his grandchildren, Leilani and Leo; and his great grandchild Emmanuel. He is also survived by Aunts, Uncles, and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations could be made to St. Jude's Childrens Hospital.
