He was predeceased by: his parents, William Cummings and Phyllis Cummings; his mother-in-law Doris "Cookie" Lynch; and his nephew Christopher Kearns. He is survived by: his wife Dawn Cummings; his siblings, Alicia Morrissey, Sheree Lopez (Rick), Billy Cummings and Kimberly Medica; his father-in-law Gerald Lynch; and his sister-in-law Kerri Lynch. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
