He was predeceased by: his parents, Olive Rich (Prue) and James E. Rich Jr.; and his brother James E. Rich III. He is survived by: his wife Carol Beauchamp-Rich (Hickerson); his siblings, Michael Rich (Colleen) of Greenville and Debbie Rich (AD DaLuz) of Pawtucket; his close friend Earl Curtin (Christine) of West Warwick; his sister-in-law Cheryl Doucette (Ken) of Cumberland; his mother-in-law Laura Nainteau; and his siblings-in-law, Linda, Betty, Janet and Kenny (Lizette). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and several great-nieces and great-nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 21st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the O'Neill Funeral Home (3102 Mendon Rd, Cumberland, RI 02864). A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
