Lowe Jr. of Cumberland, Rhode Island, born in Needham, Massachusetts, who passed away on October 25, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William R. Lowe and Elena Lowe (Miele). He is survived by: his wife Nancy Lowe (LeBrun); his sons, William of Ewa Beach, HI., David of Hopkinton, RI., Gregory of Cumberland and Kevin (Nancy) of Lincoln; his sister Janice Simmons of Roslindale, MA; and his grandchildren, Addison and Mallory Lowe.
