With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Anna J. (Voccio) DeOrsey of East Greenwich, Rhode Island, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Anna J. left this world on August 21, 2025 at the age of 96, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Voccio and Fortunata Voccio (Velleco); her son Anthony A. DeOrsey; and her sisters, Angelina DeOrsey, Josephine Grande and Frances Brantolino.
She is survived by: her children, Wilfred L. DeOrsey Jr. (Coleen Murphy-DeOrsey), Robert G. DeOrsey (Jan DeOrsey) and Denise A. Dennen (Michael Dennen); her daughter-in-law Karen Smith (DeOrsey); and her siblings, Anthony Voccio of Providence, Antonetta Budano of Cranston and Dorothea Hawkins of Cranston. She is also survived by ten Grandchildren and seven Great Grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, August 26th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM at the Nardolillo Funeral Home (1278 Park Ave, Cranston, RI 02910). A Mass was held on Tuesday, August 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Paul's Church (30 Warwick Ave, Cranston, RI 02905). A burial was held on Tuesday, August 26th 2025 at the St. Ann Cemetery (73 Church St, Cranston, RI 02920).
