He is survived by: his wife Julieta Silva (Valcorba); his children, Maria Sousa (Joseph) of East Providence, Edward Silva (Rebecca) of Rehoboth and Nelson Silva (Jennifer) of Rehoboth; his grandchildren, Jennifer Sweitzer, Scott Sousa, Jack, Sophia, Isabella, Noah, Hayden, Katie and Calvin Silva; his great grandchildren, Olive and Caleb Sweitzer; and his siblings, Jose Silva, Saulina Matos and Aires Silva. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
