She was predeceased by: her parents, John O'Connell and Mary O'Connell (Reberio); and her siblings, Daniel O'Connell, John O'Connell and Betty O'Connell.
She is survived by: her sons, Charles Duby of East Providence, Manuel Duby of Fernandina Beach and Joseph Duby of East Providence; and her grandchildren, Ariel LeBlanc, Desiree Howley, Jessica Urban and Charlie Duby.
