He was predeceased by: his parents, Elugio Rodriguez and Amparo Rodriguez; and his sibling Rudolfo Rodriguez. He is survived by: his wife Pamela J. Bird; his stepson Matthew Bird (Adrienne); his grandchildren, Charlotte and Emmett Bird; and his brothers, Raul, Jamie and Jesus Rodriguez.
