She is survived by: her children, Adam M. Rezendes (Christopher John) of Reynoldsville, PA, Kerry L. Mutti (Ian) of Riverside and Shelly Hermoian (James) of East Providence; and her grandchildren, Jason Hermoian, Rachel Hermoian and Sophia Mutti.
