He was predeceased by: his father Richard F. Bouchard; and his brothers, Robert A. Bouchard and Steven J. Bouchard. He is survived by: his mother Mary "Shirley" Bouchard (Arsenault); and his brother Richard Bouchard of Johnston, RI. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
