He was predeceased by: his parents, Salvatore Spremulli and Mary Spremulli (Ruscetta); and his brother Vincent A. Spremulli. He is survived by: his wife Gertrude E. Spremulli (DeVall); his son Mark D. Spremulli; and his sister Linda McLaughlin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and a large extended family.
