She was predeceased by: her father James E. O'Brien; her grandparents, Joseph, Helen Rocha and Helen O'Brien; and her brother-in-law William Hughes.

She is survived by: her mother Dolores M. O'Brien (Rocha); her siblings, James E. O'Brien (Wendy), Donna M. Hughes, Pauline H. Medeiros, Michael J. O'Brien, Robert T. O'Brien (Tracy) and Tracy A. O'Brien; her close friend Fred Schifino; and her pet Lucy. She is also survived by her nine nieces and nephews and her 11 great nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers and in keeping with Deb's wishes, contributions to the RISPCA would be appreciated.
