He was predeceased by: his parents, Dominic Pennacchio and Helen Pennacchio (Tracy); and his siblings, Beverly Tracy, Helen Pennacchio, George Tracy and Carl Tracy.
He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Tracy (Primrose); his children, Eric M. Tracy (Raquel) of East Providence and Deborah L. Krouzek (Michael) of Cumberland; and his sister Elsie Smoot of Newark, DE.. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren.
