He was predeceased by: his parents, Fernando D. Terra and Albertina T. Terra (Silva); and his sibling Liberio F. Terra. He is survived by: his wife Eulalia M. Terra (Marques); his children, Thelma Terra-Thomas (Mark) and Decio M. Terra (Dominique); his grandchildren, Chiara, Alexia, Olivia, Maximus, Maya, Emily and Liam; his sister Telma M. Pereira (Filomeno); and his sister-in-law Benigna Terra.
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Perry-McStay Funeral Home (2555 Pawtucket Ave, East Providence, RI 02914). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Francis Xavier Church (81 N Carpenter St, East Providence, RI 02914).
