It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Slade of East Providence, Rhode Island, born in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, who passed away on January 12, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her husbands, Earl Slade and Georgian; her parents, John Trinidad and Mary Clara Trinidad (Viera); and her brother John E. Trinidad of Attleboro, Mass..
She is survived by : her close friend Marc W. Kohler of East Providence; her children, Earl D. Slade (Tina) of Pawtucket and Linda Afflick (Bob) of Ormond Beach, Fla.; and her step-granddaughter Shannon McMillan of North Smithfield.
A mass of christian burial was held on Friday, January 15th 2021 at 10:00 AM at the St. Margaret's Church (1098 Pawtucket Ave, Rumford, RI 02916). Covid restrictions may limit attendance to 50.
