He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Blake and Helene Blake (Becker); and his brother David Blake. He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Ann Bethello of Warwick; and his close friends, Carol, Neal, Lucy, Peter, Gloria, Zander and Dan.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 8th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM at the Perry-McStay Funeral Home (2555 Pawtucket Ave, East Providence, RI 02914). The military honors was held on Monday, December 8th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Lincoln Park Cemetery (1469 Post Rd, Warwick, RI 02888).
