She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Xavier and Mary Xavier (Medeiros); her husband Edward Phillips; and her brothers, Edward, Robert and Richard Xavier.
She is survived by: her son Paul Phillips; and her grandchildren, Courtney Anne, Paul Edward Jr., Derek Robert and Sarah Elizabeth.
