He was predeceased by: his wife Catherine H. Perry (Provazza); and his parents, Manuel Perry and Celia Perry (McClafferty). He is survived by: his children, Robin Perry of Seekonk and James E. Perry, Jr. of Seekonk; his granddaughters, Alexandra "Lexi" and Katherine "Xiulie"; and his sister Paula Perry.
