He was predeceased by : his parents, James G. Prata and Violet J. Prata (Chace); and his daughter Jamie K. Prata. He is survived by : his significant other David Cohn; his daughter Stacey B. Prata; and his brother Robert D. Prata (Gail). He is also survived by his family and friends.
