She was predeceased by : her parents, William A. Cordeiro, and Alice A. Cordeiro, Sr. (Athaide); her siblings, William Cordeiro Jr. and Joyce Thorpe; and her grandchildren, Michael and Chelsea.

She is survived by : her children, Deborah Perry (Jess) of East Providence, John Healey of East Providence, William Healey of East Providence, Patricia Hannaway (Raymond) of Riverside, Sandra Bettencourt (Stephen) of Riverside and Karen Cunha (Edward) of Seekonk; her sister Barbara Fidas of Hope, RI; her grandchildren, Sarah, Craig, Kayla, Jessica, Ashley, Andrew, Nicholas, Mackenzie, Zachary and Matthew; and her great grandchildren, Madison, Cameron, Mila and Christopher. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
