He was predeceased by: his wife Maria Fatima Pacheco (Tavares); and his parent Conceicao Pacheco. He is survived by: his children, Richard J. Pacheco of Warwick and Lidia C. Pacheco of Warwick; and his grandchildren, Rui Brum of Warwick and Ryan Brum of Warwick.
