It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judith A. Benson (East Providence, Rhode Island), who passed away on October 8, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband David C. Benson; her parents, Antone Rezendes and Hilda Rezendes (Correia); and her brothers, Robert Rezendes and Richard Rezendes.
She is survived by: her children, Lori A. Santos of East Providence, Theresa M. Harper of East Providence, Judith A. Lopes of East Providence, Gary A. Conrad of Swansea and Robert W. Benson of South Attleboro; and her brother Anthony Rezendes of East Providence. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Perry-McStay Funeral Home (2555 Pawtucket Ave, East Providence, RI 02914). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Martha Church (2595 Pawtucket Ave, East Providence, RI 02914).
