She was predeceased by : her husband Elmer C. Botelho; her parents, Frank Macedo and Philomena Macedo (Gouveia); her daughter Jane Anderson; her grandson Mark Anderson; and her siblings, Jimmy, Mack, Frank Macedo, Mary Silvia and Judy Regan.
She is survived by : her son Kenneth Botelho (Pamela) of Johnston; her grandchildren, Amy Lavornia, Nicole DeMenes and Kenneth C. Botelho; and her son-in-law Fred Anderson. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
