She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas J. Prater; her parents, Clifford Barratt and Elizabeth Barratt (Greenia); and her sister Linda Barratt. She is survived by: her close friend Bryan Bradley of East Providence; her children, Sylvia McIver (John) of East Providence, Michelle Berlam of East Providence and Robert Almeida of East Providence; and her siblings, Patricia Metiver of Swansea, Clifford Barratt Jr. of East Providence, William Barratt of East Providence, Ida Narcovich of East Providence, Terry Barratt of Seekonk, Ricky Barratt of East Providence and Judy Stewart of Riverside. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
