He was predeceased by: his parents, Steven R. Tkacs and Ellen Tkacs (Baxter); and his brother Steven R. Tkacs (Norma Capron). He is survived by: his daughters, Christine Pacheco and Beth Becotte; his sons-in-law, Daniel Pacheco and Bryan Becotte; his grandchildren, Alyshia, Brenna, Dominick, Brady and Barrett; his great grandchild Alexia; and his stepchildren, Renee C. Yehle and William Capron.

Donations in his memory may be made to the Scholarship Foundation of East Providence.
