Livesey (Blair); his parents, Martin Livesey and Ellen Livesey (Welch); his daughters, Michele Guadalupe (Herbie) and Nicole Costa (Michael) of Bristol; his grandchildren, Ryan (Jordan), Kurt, Stephanie (Anthony) and Megan; his great grandchild Harper; his siblings, Martin Livesey of New Hampshire and Jo Ellen Livesey of Florida; and his nephew Greg Livesey (Kim).
