He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mary Andrade Barnes and Leonardo Ramos; his siblings, Sheila Barnes, Doreen Barnes, Linda Barnes, Frank "Junior" Barnes and Dennis; his friend William "Billy" Gross; and his wife Carol "Cookie" Ford. He was also cherished by wife, daughter, siblings, extended family, in-laws, friends.
He underwent chemotherapy and radiation treatments during the difficult period of the COVID-19 pandemic.
