He was predeceased by : his parents, John J Parker and Cecilia A. Parker (Wojtcuk); and his sister Jerri Parker. He is survived by : his wife Janet Wellen; his children, Howard Parker II, Nadine Parker, Jeffrey Wellen (Christina) and Julie Goggin (Sean); his grandchildren, Lauren Pinkerton, Mackenzie Wellen, Hannah Wellen and Liam Wellen; and his siblings, Katharyan Tanguay, Jonni Parker-Day and Jacki Parker.
