He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara High (Whitmarsh); and his brother David High. He is survived by: his children, Justin High (Alisha) and Sarah High; his grandchildren, Justin Jr. and Hailey; and his siblings, Karen Lucas, Andrew Reilly, Dona Vellucci (John), Geri Ackerman (Joe Mollica), Laura Silva (Paul) and Judy Garside (Dennis). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
