He was predeceased by: his parents, William O. Barber and Mary Barber; and his son Howard W. Barber. He is survived by: his wife Jean Barber (Martell); and his children, Michael E. Barber, Jr., Kenneth A. Barber, Michelle E. Barber (Steven McGuire), Kathy J. Roucoulet (Glenn) and Zachary E. Barber (Janice). He is also survived by his seven grandchildren: seven great-grandchildren: and many nieces and nephews.
