With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert W. Leary of Exeter, Rhode Island, born in Newport, Rhode Island, who passed away on December 29, 2023 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his father George Leary; his fiancée Ann Holbrook; and his sister Virginia Hudson (Leary). He is survived by : his children, Carolyn M. St. Lawrence (Joseph) and Robert W. Leary II (Laura Bliss); his stepdaughters, Stacie Holbrook-Hodde (Robert), Jillian Rivers and Jennifer Holbrook; and his brother Thomas G. Leary (Peggy). He is also survived by his 12 grandchildren, his nieces, and nephew.
