He was predeceased by : his parents, Earl R. Mann and Edna M. Mann (Baxter); his sibling Ednamae Campbell; and his nieces, Deborah Sypher and Kimberly Palmer.

He is survived by : his wife Evelyn J. Mann (Hopkins); his siblings, Barbara Sypher of Homer, NY and Anthony Mann of Leesburg, FL; and his nieces and nephews, Karen L. Pennachinni of East Hampton, CT, Robert S. Mann of Greene, RI, Cynthia Belletete of Warwick, RI, Patricia Dinard of Cortland, NY, Gail Haile of Clinton, NY, David Sypher of Fayetteville, NY, Paul Sypher of Cortland, NY and Stephen Sypher of Las Cruces, NM.

“Such a Gentleman you scarcely meet. One such was Earl Mann Jr. We met several or more years ago. I remember the pleasant smile and the gentle conversation. I'll not soon forget him.
