We are sad to announce that on November 10, 2025, Judith A. Kraus of Glocester, Rhode Island, born in Providence, Rhode Island passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Hamel and Mildred Hamel (Finlay); and her nephews, Jonathon and Thomas Hamel. She is survived by: her son Christopher Banno; her daughter-in-law Laura Chechel; her grandson Bryce Chechel of San Diego, CA.; and her siblings, Jean Judd (William), Jane Amsden (Fayette), Joan Hatton (Kim Krajczynski), Jill Hamel, Joseph Hamel (Patricia), Jonathon Hamel (Jennifer) and Raymond Hamel (Severn Mitchell).
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Anderson-Winfield Funeral Home (2 Church St, Greenville, RI 02828).
In lieu of flowers donations in her memory may be made to a charity of your choice.
