She was predeceased by : her husband William G. Forrest; and her parents, Herve and Elodia. She is survived by : her children, John W. Forrest of Lincoln, Michele Batalon (Robert) of Cranston and Susan A. Belleavoine (Bruce) of Smithfield; and her grandchildren, Brian, James, Matthew, Jolie and Jenna.
