He was predeceased by: his spouse Michele L. Pezzullo (Sirois); his parents, Americo "Bamby" Pezzullo and Josephine Pezzullo (Quintilian); and his brother John Pezzullo. He is survived by: his sons, Gerald P. "Jerry" Pezzullo, Jr. (Katharine Amaral) and Jason Pezzullo (Anastasia "Stacy" Custer); his grandchildren, Cameron, Allison and Cooper Pezzullo; and his siblings, Vicki Finn of Coventry and Bambi-Louise Capracotta of North Providence.
In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
