She was predeceased by : her parents, Howard C. Lewis and Elizabeth G. Lewis (Richardson); her brother Howard; and her son-in-law Randy Hien. She is survived by : her daughters, Nancy Fawal (Nabil) of Rutland, MA, Patti Hien of Lincoln and Sharon Vredenburg (Rob) of Smithfield; and her siblings, Warren Lewis (Barbara) of Riverside, Barbara Skober (John) of Swansea, MA and Ralph Lewis. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, god children and her friends.

In lieu of flowers donations in her memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
