It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sally A. Martone (Greenville, Rhode Island), born in Leicester, Massachusetts, who passed away on August 7, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Miles Holmes and Alicia Holmes (Middleton); and her brother Myles W. Holmes. She is survived by : her husband Salvatore P. Martone; her brother Jonathan M. Holmes (Judith); her children, Kristin L. Martone-Levine (Bryan), Merrill J. Caramagno (Russell) and Karl A. Martone (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Karleigh (David), Russell and Jake; and her stepgrandson Dante.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to Lifespan Cancer Institute at Rhode Island Hospital, 593 Eddy Street APC, Providence, RI 02903, Greenville Public Library, 573 Putnam Pike, Greenville, RI, or Horse Play, 143 Gilbert Stuart Road, Saunderstown, RI 02874.
