He was predeceased by: his brother Anthony Mottola. He is survived by: his wife Denise J. Mottola (Lemire); his parents, Anthony Mottola and Constance Mottola (Paul); his children, TJ Mottola (Karen) of Pascoag, Joseph Mottola (Stephanie) of Glendale, AZ and Steven Mottola (Cara) of Clayville; his grandson Jaxon Mottola; and his sister-in-law Suzanne Mottola.
