Palmer of Hope Valley, Rhode Island, born in Westerly, Rhode Island, who passed away on October 20, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his wife Marie I. Palmer (Smart); his parents, Harold A. Palmer and Eva J. Palmer (Erbig); his siblings, Dorthey Lafon, Roy Palmer, Edwin (Gene) and Elwin Palmer (Gerald); his daughter Claire Mathieu; his daughter-in-law Dawn Palmer; and his grandchildren, Mary Ellen Palmer, Peter Letterle and Corey Palmer.

He is survived by : his children, Bonnie (Joseph Mackenzie), Patricia (Paul Santerre), Kathy Palmer, Harold A. Palmer (Karen Colozzi) and Wanda (Cameron Lynch); and his sister Catherine Jordan. He is also survived by many grandchildren as well as many great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
