It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marshall Frederick Howard in Hope, Rhode Island, born in Omaha, Nebraska, who passed away on March 16, 2024, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Joanne Hurley (Costa) and Ernest W. Howard Jr.. He is survived by : his wife Donna A. Howard; and his siblings, Ernest Howard III, Michael Howard, Angelica Douglas and Daniel Howard. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
