Spears and Azlyn E. Spears; and her siblings, Larry T. Smith (Edna), Diane L. Smith, Jo-Ann K. Ekelund (Daniel), Lisa Mann (Joseph) and Barbara J. Jackson (Douglas). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
